Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Curio Lifestyle different from other organic brands?

Curio Lifestyle goes beyond organic. Our products are sourced from high-altitude farms in the Himalayas, where traditional farming practices, clean air, and rich soil contribute to exceptional quality. We work directly with small farmers, pay fair prices, and ensure complete traceability. Each product is lab-tested and packed in eco-conscious packaging.

Are your products certified organic?

Many partner farms follow beyond organic principles—no chemicals, no synthetic fertilizers, no GM seeds. While not all are certified due to costs, quality is assured through third-party testing, farm visits, and regenerative practices.

What kind of honey do you sell, and how is it different?

Our wild monofloral honeys like Sidr, Acacia, and Black Forest come from untouched Himalayan apiaries. They are raw, unpasteurized, and cold-filtered—preserving enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants. Sourced at 5,000–8,000 ft, each batch is single-origin and unblended.

Is your saffron real? What’s special about it?

Yes—our Grade 1 Mongra Saffron comes from Pampore, Kashmir. It's hand-harvested at 1,600–1,800m, with deep crimson threads and intense aroma. Each batch is lab-tested and 100% pure—free from coloring and fillers.

What is the shelf life of your cold-pressed oils?

Our oils (Almond, Walnut, Apricot) have a shelf life of 9–12 months. We press in small batches, use glass bottles, and recommend cool, dark storage. They’re perfect for skincare, baby massage, and clean cooking.

Do you offer gift boxes or combo packs?

Yes! We offer curated combos with ghee, saffron, honey, teas, and dry fruits. Custom gifting is available on request. Each box is packed in eco-friendly premium kraft packaging—ideal for festive or corporate gifting.

How does Curio Lifestyle support local communities?

We are a woman-led Himalayan brand working with 150+ smallholder farmers and SHGs. We pay 3–5x local mandi rates and reinvest in training, irrigation, and solar drying. Every product funds dignified rural livelihoods.

Where do you ship? Is shipping free?

We ship across India with free standard delivery. Express shipping is also available. Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days and include tracking. International shipping is in development.

How do I know if my product is authentic and fresh?

Each pack includes harvest date, batch ID, and FSSAI license. Soon, a QR code will allow sourcing verification. If anything feels off, we offer a full replacement—no questions asked.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes. We supply modern trade stores, boutique grocers, and wellness brands. Email hello@curiolifestyle.com or fill our Wholesale Inquiry Form. Bulk pricing and private labelling available on select SKUs.
